The hotel is located centrally. I found many attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and vast. I enjoyed the quiet swimming pool after walking.
The bathroom light switches were confusing. I kept turning on the wrong switch at night.

The location is awesome. I found easy access to public transportation and major attractions. Breakfast was excellent. I liked the wide variety of choices available each morning.
The gym felt quite small and cramped. The equipment seemed dated and limited. Housekeeping missed a spot in the bathroom. It was a minor detail, but it did detract from the overall cleanliness.

Underwhelming Stay Despite Some Positives

The room I had was noticeably worn. The carpet seemed old and stained. Some of the furniture looked damaged. I also found the lighting in the room to be quite dim. These issues significantly impacted my overall satisfaction considering the hotel's supposed level of luxury.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were interested in my journey to the hotel. My room was spacious. The hotel's sustainability initiative is great. The offer of a complimentary drink forgoing room cleaning is much appreciated. The location is central. It is very close to all the main sights and shopping.
It seemed like being in a cheap nightclub as I went from the lobby to my room. It was not a pleasant experience.

The front desk staff were friendly and professional. They were very cute. A welcome prosecco is a nice touch. The staff remembered my name each time I was seen through my stay.

the shower gel dispenser was placed too high. i am only 5'3 and struggled to reach it. the air conditioning did not work well in the room it was hot . i heard other guests complaining about this issue at the front desk.
